ASIAN SLAW

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup, agave or honey

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce (or GF alternative like Braggs or Coconut Aminos)

  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced ( use a garlic press)

  • 1 Tbsp ginger, finely chopped

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp chili flakes or chili paste (optional - for lovers of heat)

METHOD

  1. Whisk Asian Slaw Dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and lavish over your thinly sliced cabbage. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and/ or crushed peanuts (optional).
