INGREDIENTS
120g Goodness Me Salad Mix Punnet
¾ cup parsley leaves
1/3 cup fresh dill
1 red apple, cut into think matchsticks
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
Place lettuce, parsley, dill and apple in a large serving bowl.
Whisk lemon juice and oil together in a jug. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
