STRAWBERRY AND PEACH ICY POPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup water

  • 100g strawberries

  • 150g peach flesh

METHOD

  1. Combine the water and lemon juice in a measuring jug and mix well.

  2. Blend strawberries and 100ml of the water/ lemon mixture. Taste and if sour add 1tsp of sugar.

  3. Spoon into the very bottom of mould (about 1/3 way up) and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

  4. Blend peaches and remaining water/lemon mixture. Spoon into moulds (the strawberries would have now started to harden). Pop back in the freezer until solid (a few hours).
