ELLOW FLESH PEACHES
 
Deliciously sweet with a distinct tartness that begins to mellow as the fruit ripens and softens. Fresh yellow peaches have an intense, slightly tart, robust flavour and a juicy yellow flesh that perfectly suits being baked into pies and cobblers (that is if you don’t eat them all fresh).
 
WHITE FLESH PEACHES
 
Deliciously sweet with a white flesh that is firmer and sweeter than its yellow sibling. The delicate taste of a white peach makes them perfect for eating out of hand, freshly sliced in salads or grilling.
