Chives – Bunch

Plump stems which have a subtle onion flavour. As chives are incredibly delicate only add them to the end of cooking, and do not subject them to much heat. Chives make a great, fresh garnish in salads and sandwiches complementing potato, egg (think a fancy egg mayonnaise sandwich or sprinkled over a morning omelette), soups and sauces.
