Chives – Bunch

Plump stems which have a subtle onion flavour. As chives are incredibly delicate only add them to the end of cooking, and do not subject them to much heat. Chives make a great, fresh garnish in salads and sandwiches complementing potato, egg (think a fancy egg mayonnaise sandwich or sprinkled over a morning omelette), soups and sauces.

Our range of herbs are locally grown for absolute freshness (picked fresh today and gone tomorrow) with our warm, temperate climate and good soils ensuring we can harvest herbs of exceptional quality to entertain the chef in us all.
