Asian Slaw

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp brown rice syrup, agave or honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce (or GF alternative like Braggs or Coconut Aminos)
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced ( use a garlic press)
- 1 Tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili flakes or chili paste (optional - for lovers of heat)
Method
Step 1
Whisk Asian Slaw Dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and lavish over your thinly sliced cabbage. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and/ or crushed peanuts (optional).
