Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Cauliflower Heads
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 handful of parsley, to garnish

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced.

Step 2

Line baking trays with baking paper. Lay slices of cauliflower on tray and lightly coat with the oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Pop in the oven and cook for 20-25 mins (thereabouts).

Step 4

Top with parsley just before serving.
