Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana medium-large size
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup or more to taste
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 250ml capacity ramekin, oven tray or oven-safe bowl and spray with cooking spray.

Step 2

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Transfer to preferred bowl, add your favourite toppings/mix-ins such as blueberries, raspberries, peanut butter or chocolate chips, and bake for 20 minutes, until puffed up and cooked through.

Step 4

Serve hot and enjoy!
