Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 dollop of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 handful of organic cherries, pitted
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk of your choice (almond milk works a treat)
  • Half a banana
  • A sprig of mint

Method

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until desired texture is achieved. Enjoy!
