Roasted, Organic Beet Fries
Peel your beets and slice into 1/4 inch long slices.
Lay your beetroot slices on a baking pan dressed in olive oil with a sprinkle of harissa spice and cumin.
Roast at 220 degrees celsius, flipping as required. When they look deliciously toasted, remove from the oven and serve with a non fat Greek yogurt (with a sprinkle of fresh dill if you have on hand).
