Roasty, Toasty Muesli


  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Nature’s Delight almonds, pecans or macadamias, chopped
  • 1 cup Nature’s Delight dried fruit (cranberries, dates and Australian apricots all work a treat)


Step 1

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Step 2

In a saucepan add honey, sugar and oil. Heat on low, stirring often, for 5 minutes until sugar dissolves. Put aside.

Step 3

Line a deep baking dish with baking paper and add oats and nuts. Combine with honey mixture and spread evenly on tray.

Step 4

Place in oven for 30mins, until toasty golden. Set aside.

Step 5

Once cool place in an airtight container.
