Strawberry and Peach Icy Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • 100g strawberries
  • 150g peach flesh

Method

Step 1

Combine the water and lemon juice in a measuring jug and mix well.

Step 2

Blend strawberries and 100ml of the water/ lemon mixture. Taste and if sour add 1tsp of sugar.

Step 3

Spoon into the very bottom of mould (about 1/3 way up) and put in the freezer for 1 hour.

Step 4

Blend peaches and remaining water/lemon mixture. Spoon into moulds (the strawberries would have now started to harden). Pop back in the freezer until solid (a few hours).
